The practice accepts walk-ins, same-day appointments, as well as telehealth visits ā all designed to improve the patient experience and continuum of care. Our location is able to accommodate individuals with disabilities, and our center is wheelchair accessible. Our staff are fluent in Spanish and offer a culturally sensitive approach to Hispanic community members and other ethnic groups.
Personalized Healthcare
We offer a sliding-fee payment schedule for Patients without insurance or having financial difficulty. We offer intake assistance, language interpretation in Spanish for patients who may need it, and water and snacks Please click on the Patient Resources menu to download the necessary form(s)
